As some offices now look to reopen, organizations face unprecedented challenges about how work is done, the role of the workplace, and what working model to adopt.ĭiane Hoskins, co-CEO of Gensler, a global design and architecture firm, has been thinking about effective workplaces for decades and is now helping her clients navigate the next normal.
